Your tasting

What do you use for the tastings? Our standard tech is Zoom, but we can use Skype or Google Hangouts if you prefer, just let us know when you book. We will send a Zoom link to the event organiser at least 24 hours before the event.

How long does the tasting last? Most of the tastings are 1 to 1.5 hours long.

What happens if a guest is late? Just chat to our host while you wait, they will happily answer questions and give you a bit of a headstart in your knowledge versus any latecomers! Unfortunately your host will not be able to wait longer than 15 minutes, so if they’re later than that they will need to catch up!

Can I change the date of my tasting? Yes, subject to availability. Please get in touch.

Emergency! How do I contact you out of hours? Check your booking confirmation as your host will have sent you an emergency contact number for out of hours enquiries.

Getting my booze

What’s the latest I can book? You must book at least 7 days before the event so we have time to get the booze out to everyone. If you’re booking short notice, call us to enquire before you book.

Can I choose what booze? Yes, just let us know your preferences when you book your event. We can offer entirely bespoke events.

How long does delivery take? 99.9% of our parcels are delivered within 3 days to the UK mainland and up to 5 days for the UK isles.

Where’s my wine / cider / gin? Missing a delivery? We would have sent the tracking codes to your event organiser. If you need help, please call us on 01225 667311 with the booker’s name and your details.


Do you offer cheese or nibbles? No, but we can recommend pairings for any of the tastings. We can also recommend suppliers where you can source food directly.

Booking and paying

How do I book? Choose from one of our expert packages, listed on this website, or organise something bespoke! Simply call or email us to check availability and book your virtual tasting. All the details are here.

When do I pay? You can either pay over the phone when you book, or we can send you an invoice. Please note that your booking is only confirmed once the payment has been made.

Cancelling an event

You can cancel your event at any time before the drinks are sent out to your households and receive a full refund.

If you can no longer make a date or wish to cancel after the drinks have been despatched, we can reorganise your event for a postponed date free of charge and subject to availability.
